The time with a doctor is so precious. So I make sure I do my
homework before I arrive. This is particularly true when visiting a doctor for the
first time. Because the time is often short, it’s easy to forget to tell the doctor
something that we may think is not important, but which could help him treat you correctly,
quickly and with the least side affects.
So print out this checklist and prepare this
information before your visit. And don’t forget to keep a copy for yourself. Many of
the X-rays and MRI films can be obtained from the testing facility and are yours to keep.
Give your visit with the doctor a ‘shot in the arm.’ Come prepared and get the most out
of your appointment.
