TRAVELING WITH PETS CHECKLIST

If you are traveling with a pet, here’s a checklist so you don’t forget that all important squeezy toy.  But seriously, your pet needs as much stuff as you do and would miss it as much as you would if you forgot your brush or medications.  If you're traveling by a commercial carrier, call ahead so you know the requirements.

If traveling in a vehicle with you, your pet deserves the same consideration as the other people in your automobile. Pets should be restrained while you are driving (not in a seat with an airbag), should get frequent breaks (don’t forget to use a leash) and should not be left in the car alone.
