I love my computer but I hate the thought of purchasing a new model.  While I have learned to throw around geeky terms like RAM, OS, Wi-Fi and USB with the best of them, I just see so many options advertised, it’s intimidating.  And what’s the difference between a notebook and a laptop anyway?  At least I can browse the internet to compare options and keep track of them with my How to Purchase a Computer checklist.  I know I want a larger monitor with the new computer; my eyesight is not getting any younger.
