My friend told me that this is a strange checklist category to have in Travel & Leisure. And I replied, “Oh, really.”   I handed her a piece of paper and pencil and told her to pretend that she was going on vacation with her husband for a week and to make a list of the hygiene products she would take with her. 

As I watched her write out the list, I printed off the Hygiene Products checklist.  I also finished my lunch because it was talking her a while to think of everything.  Finally she told me she was finished.  “I feel pretty good about this list,” she said.  I told her to read her items to me and that I would check them off using the checklist.  When she finished she said, “Well, did I prove to you that this checklist wasn’t necessary?”  “Well according to your checklist,” I said, “you are spending the entire trip with hairy legs and underarms, wet hair and unplucked eyebrows.”
