Though you may travel near or far, in a semi-truck or an
old used car, remember often of what they say, that friends are just a card away.
So don’t forget your address book. And your camera and your cell phone and
your sunglasses and sunscreen and traveler’s checks and prescriptions and . . . .
wow, there are so many things to remember to pack and check. I don’t know what
I’d do without this checklist.
We’ve been planning this trip for what seems ages and
now it’s only a week away. The sun, surf and sandy beaches are calling out my
name. I just printed off a blank checklist so I can make a list of all the
beaches, museums and historical sites I want to visit . . . when I’m not
meditating (or sleeping) on the beach. The gently rolling waves lulling me
into vacation nirvana. Actually, since I have this checklist, I’m already
pretty relaxed.
